We clean and update your existing CRM.

Send us the records you already have. We find duplicates, check current company and role information, add details we can confirm and keep unresolved records visible.

How CRM Hygiene works

From mixed-quality records to reviewed updates.

We do not silently overwrite or delete uncertain information. Suggested changes and anything we cannot confirm stay visible for your review.

What we check

The details behind each suggested change.

Duplicate and identity checks

Likely duplicates are compared before we recommend a surviving record. Current employment is checked rather than assumed from old CRM data.

Company and domain consistency

Company names, subsidiaries, websites and canonical domains are normalised so one organisation is not split across several records.

Clear email states

Email outcomes are recorded as verified, invalid, catch-all, not found or unresolved.

Approval before write-back

You review merge recommendations, enriched fields and held records before approved changes are returned to your CRM.

Good fit

Use CRM Hygiene when the records already exist.
