Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7 September 2026

Legal review required before production use. This operational draft is not legal advice. Arcton should confirm the final controller details, processing purposes, retention periods, lawful bases, subprocessors and jurisdiction-specific notices with qualified counsel.

This policy describes how Arcton handles information submitted through this website and in a request for a quality pilot. It should be read with the Terms of Service.

1. Information you provide

When you contact Arcton, we may receive your name, work email, company, website, role, market question, geography, commercial objective, example organizations, exclusions and any other information you choose to include. We use this information to review your request, respond to you and discuss potential services.

2. Information collected automatically

We use a visitor identification service to understand which organisations visit our website. When you visit, the service receives your IP address, the pages you view, the referring page and your browser type, and matches the IP address against public internet registry data, and in some cases an IP lookup provider (IPinfo), to identify the organisation the connection belongs to. If you submit a form with a business email address, only the domain of that address is stored. No cookies are set and nothing is stored on your device. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding business interest in our services.

If you choose to allow optional analytics in the site preference control, the site records identifiable CTA events in the browser session for the purpose of measuring the pilot and call paths. You can decline or clear this preference at any time.

3. How information is used

4. Sharing and retention

Arcton should document any service providers used to process request information and the applicable retention period before publishing a final version of this policy. Information should be retained only for as long as needed for the stated purpose or required by law.

5. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of personal information. Contact Arcton at privacy@arcton.com to ask a question or make a request. Legal review should confirm the applicable response process and supervisory authority information.
